Mairead McCarthy
General Manager
Mairead joined our team in 2011 and holds the position of General Manager.
Mairead comes from a Sales & Marketing background and graduated with a Bachelor Of Business Studies.
She has previously completed Level 3 Management of Food Hygiene and holds a FETAC 6 qualification in HACCP Management & Auditing. She is an experienced food safety auditor and certified trainer food safety trainer with the National Hygiene Partnership, and is currently undergoing licensing with the Food Safety Professionals Association.
Mairead is responsible for the daily management of the company to ensure a smooth and effective provision of services that meet, and where possible, exceed client expectations.
