This course is intended for anyone working in a food business. It is suitable for new staff, part-time, and staff who do not handle food directly. It is also suitable as a refresher training course for Level 2 Food Safety Training.
The course can be tailored to meet the needs of any company, whether it is a high or low risk industry.
Course Description
This course covers the basic skills laid out by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI). It is suitable for all food handlers who have completed training in the past. There are no minimum entry requirements. The course must be completed every 2 years. Certified by The Food Safety Company.
