Who should attend Level 2 HACCP?

Level 2 HACCP is intended for anyone working professionally with food who prepare, serve, handle, and store food.

The course can be tailored to meet the needs of any company, whether it is a high or low risk industry

The aim of FSAI Level 2 HACCP course is to provide food workers with adequate training in the basic principles of food safety.

This 4-hour long course covers the necessary skills required to practice HACCP effectively in the workplace.

Following completion of this course, certificates are issued through the Food Safety Company.

There are no minimum entry requirements for this course,  as it is a combined FSAI Level 1 & Level 2 HACCP course.

Certified by The Food Safety Company

There is a straightforward exam at the end.

Learners can progress to FSAI Level 3 Management of HACCP training or an equivalent level course such as FSPA QQI Level 5 Implementing Food Safety Management Systems course.
