Carla Schulttais
Carla has been working in the food sector since 2010, Carla completed an undergraduate degree in Veterinary Medicine (First Class Honours) at Santo Amaro University in Sao Paulo. Carla’s experience in Brazil ranged from auditing HACCP systems in one of the biggest indoor public food markets in Sao Paulo to quality control specialist in the retail sector and food safety supervision in a meat factory. In 2022, Carla graduated in International Development & Food Policy from University College Cork (First Class Honours), looking at the social and environmental aspects of the food supply chain. Since moving to Ireland, Carla has been working closely with small food businesses across different sectors, such as hospitality and waste management, and now focusing on auditing.
