Food Safety Consultant and Trainer
Kiah joined our team in April 2023. Kiah completed an undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition at the Institute of Technology in Sligo and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Sustainable Food Safety Management at the Technological University of Dublin. Kiah has years of experience in the food industry, working in quality and product development. Kiah’s role in the company is a Food Safety Consultant. This role entails conducting food safety audits, implementing HACCP plans and delivering food safety training for a series of clients in the Connacht region, Clare and Limerick.
