- Food Hygiene Certificate – Basic Food Safety Training covering the priciples of HACCP. This course should be completed every 2 years
- Food Handlers Certificate – Level 2 Food Hygiene & HACCP should be completed with food handlers certificate kept on file and available for inspection.
- Food Safety Management – Level 3 Training on the FSAI training framework, suitable for all managers and head chefs.
- Allergen Training – Allergen training should be provided to all staff to ensure that allergens are carefully controlled and food is safe for the allergic customer.
